Have been in the restaurant business for the past 20 years primarily on the franchise and development side. I received my realtor license while negotiating commercial deals for the restaurant group that I represented. While in the restaurants, I soon learned that many friends that I have met throughout my years, were and are, in the need for a knowledgable realtor. After developing the state of SC with restaurants, I soon realized that I was very knowledgable, not only about the commercial realestate side, but residential as well. I have focused my attention, primarily on residential for the past 2 years and am looking forward to representing as many clients as possible. I am a graduate of The University of MS, (Ole Miss) and a proud father of twin boys, Gage & Grady Jenkins.
