Bill McCarter is an award winning, full time Realtor who has been making his client`s dreams a reality for almost 10 years. A long time resident of Lexington County Bill sells residential and commercial properties in Lexington,Lake Murray, Columbia and surrounding areas. Specializing in listings and foreclosures,Bill has the expertise necessary to assist his clients as they realize their real estate goals.
Bill enjoys taking a direct, hands on approach with his clients and is well supported by his superb office support staff and team at Exit Real Estate Consultants. Bill used the latest technologies to market and find homes at an expert level. Bil believes that education is paramount to exceeding his client`s expectations; to that end,he has advanced his real estate education earning the GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and the ABR ( Accredited Buyers Representative) designations.
A first class education combined with years of learning in the field has served Bill well and earned him many awards. He has been awarded multiple production awards. Bill is a member in good standing of the Local Association of Realtors (GCAR), SC State Association of Realtors (SCAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), in addition to the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service (CMLS). Bill feels that being a Realtor is about more than joining professional associations, he believes that Realtors should be involved in the communities where they work as well. Bill has served his community in many capacities from Boy Scout Leader To School Improvement Council Chair,and multiple school district advisory boards. He and Exit Real Estate also support Habitat for Humanity and to date they have donated over $2 Million Dollars to the charity and built more than 15 habitat homes.
Bill was born and raised in the West Columbia region and located to Lexington in 1984 with his wife and together raised four sons which also live in the Lexington area.
