Betsy Nagel, Realtor, Broker Associate, is an experience agent working in the Columbia area. Prior to becoming a residential Real Estate agent, Betsy was a property manager for multi million dollar companies for over 10 years. Betsy became interested in residential housing after moving to Columbia and worked as an assistant to a Realtor doing the day to day operations, moving on to the marketing and development of a large community and going on to get her brokers license. Since then she has worked with and learned from some of the industry’s top agents and coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. Base in Columbia SC, Betsy is the expert to help you with all your home buying and selling needs in Northeast Columbia, Downtown Columbia, Blythewood, Elgin and the surrounding areas. Despite Betsy’s extensive experience, she believes that education is paramount and in order to stay on the cutting edge of her industry, she attends as much training as she can. Betsy is a member in good standing of the Columbia Association of REALTORS (CCRA), South Carolina Association of REALTORS (SCAR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) in addition to the Columbia Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Betsy feels that being a REALTOR is about more than joining professional associations, she believes REALTORS should be involved in the communities where they work as well. Betsy has served her community in many capacities from volunteering in her church, schools, local nursing homes, Relay for Life, American Heart Association to name a few. She and EXIT Realty also support habitat for Humanity and to date they have donated over $2 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.
