Debbie Lattimore

Debbie Lattimore is a native of sunny California but has made the Lake Murray area her home for the last twenty-five years. She graduated from Lexington High School and is proud to be a “Wildcat.” She is knowledgeable about the area and enjoys serving all of the areas surrounding Columbia including Lake Murray, Lexington, Irmo, Blythewood, and Northeast Columbia.

Debbie is incredibly caring and genuine and looks out for her clients’ best interests above all else. Debbie does not only want to help you with your Real Estate needs but also wants to educate you on the entire process. She believes the path to success in Real Estate is helping others meet their goals.

Debbie has been an integral part of the trending market shifts since 2006 and received the “Outstanding Performance Award” in 2016. Debbie is an outdoor enthusiast, and when she is not serving her clients’ Real Estate needs, she enjoys hiking, camping and spending time on the lake. She also enjoys being involved in church activities and VBS and is passionate about teaching youth. She is married to a custom builder and has two great kids who share her love of the outdoors. Her Cavalier King Charles, Lady, is also her baby. In addition to her Real Estate license, Debbie has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Limestone College. When asked what defines her, she says, “Moral and values are very important to me.
