Joi Cobbs

Hi! My name is Joi Cobbs and I am a Realtor at Exit Real Estate Consultants where we have been in business for more than 10 years. With experience in new home construction as well as resale homes, I specialize in helping buyers and sellers in the Lexington, Columbia, Irmo, Orangeburg and surrounding areas.

With New York roots and a South Carolina upbringing, I’d like to think of myself as a smart, savvy southern belle who believes that hard work and harmonious relationships are essential in any industry in which people are being served, especially real estate.

My intuition and authentic rapport with my clients has made me more attune to their needs and because of that I am always eager to work in a capacity serving my clients and assisting them in making their dreams a reality.

Although I am always available to you, in my spare time I enjoy traveling, home decor, and spending time with my “son” Max, a Chihuahua mix.
