I'm Heather Hugg & I would love to work with you to help you buy or sell your home in the Columbia, Lexington, West Columbia, Irmo, Chapin, or Blythewood area!
A little about me...
I moved to Lexington in 2003 from Columbus, Georgia where I grew up, so I am very familiar with the process of relocating to a new state and the questions and apprehensions that go along with that. After living here for over 16 years, I know the area well and most of all, I work hard for my clients! I want the best home & the best deal for you always!
I have been married to my husband, Jonathan, for a little over 3 years and together we have a boy and a girl who are both rising freshmen at River Bluff High School. We attend and are actively involved with Radius Church in Lexington. I am also a huge sports & outdoor fan. When not working with clients, you can usually find me watching Clemson football with my husband (his alma mater), cheering for my favorite team, the Kentucky Wildcats, watching my daughter's South Carolina United soccer games, training or running in local road races or in the water somewhere on Lake Murray.
I look forward to meeting you or talking with you soon! Call or text me at (803) 479-1259!
A few testimonials:
Heather was very professional and worked very hard to make sure we found a home that we loved and was the right price for us. She was very knowledgeable about the area we wanted to live in and and was always available when we needed her no matter what time or day. I was very impressed with her services and would definitely recommend her to others. Even at one point when I felt like giving up on purchasing a home Heather jumped in and took care of everything so that we could close before our lease ended. Thanks Heather!!

Heather did a great job working with me on the purchase of my home, I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. She was very responsive and did an excellent job of guiding me through a process that can be confusing sometimes. She was fantastic to have in my corner when it came to negotiating as well.
