Columbia’s Town Theatre Presents: The Foreigner

Back by popular demand, Town Theater’s stage welcomes, The Foreigner beginning November 15th – Wed-Sat: 8 p.m; Sun: 3 p.m.

Poor Charlie has been left on his own at a fishing lodge deep in the heart of rural Georgia, on a dirt road that ends at Cooley’s Food & Bait. He is too shy to make conversations with strangers so he convinces his one friend, Froggy LeSueur, to tell everyone at the lodge that he’s a “foreigner” and can’t speak a word of English. The comedy ensues once his friend leaves, and once Charlie is introduced to all the other characters at Cooley’s Food & Bait. While everyone tries to communicate with “the foreigner,” you have the opportunity to let Charlie and his friends communicate with you, your friends, and family. This by far is the funniest production in Columbia all year! So come on down to Town Theatre and see what everyone wanted back so badly. For ticket information please visit Town Theatre.
