November 3rd – Festival of the Arts
First annual Festival of the Arts is designed to give Greater Midlands artists and merchants the opportunity to display and sell their artwork and products, and perform live on stage. Throughout the day, there will be performances from The Columbia City Ballet, Trustus Theatre, Cola Jazz, and more. There will also be face painting and magic shows to entertain the kids. This event is FREE with food available for purchase. Opens at 10 AM.
November 9th, 6-10 PM – Hops & Harvest Craft Beer Festival
Join the Town of Lexington for its first Hops & Harvest Craft Beer Festival. Tickets are available for advance purchase and include a complimentary beer tasting glass and unlimited samples of beer from craft breweries mostly from the Carolina’s. There will also be great music and food available for purchase. Tickets can be purchased here or at Fatz Cafe at 942 East Main Street in Lexington.
November 11th – Freeway Lexington Showcase
Come see The Freeway Lexington music students perform from 2-5 PM. Gives the hardworking students a chance to show all they’ve learned by performing on stage. To find out more about the music programs, visit here.
November 17th, 11:30 AM – Judah Tribe
Presented by Touch His Cloak Ministries, come see Judah Tribe perform worship music. FREE event.
November 18th – Unity in the Community
First Baptist Lexington will be holding their Thanksgiving Service and is inviting Gospel centered churches to the Icehouse Amphitheater at 5 PM. There will be a 75 minute service with refreshments to follow, and there will be a guest speaker, Dr. Andre Rogers, Professor of Church Ministry at CIU.
