    Night Harbor is a residential community situated on a peninsula on beautiful Lake Murray in Chapin, South Carolina. There are approximately 200 lots in the community of which around 185 are individually owned and occupied homes. The community has both lakefront and interior homes, which range from 2,200 to 3,700 square feet. Elegant master suites, large walk-in closets, and spacious open floor plans are some of the interior features of homes in Night Harbor. Amenities include tennis courts, a clubhouse on the lake, a 112-slip marina and a dry storage area for boats and trailers. Residents also enjoy spectacular sunsets and expansive views of Lake Murray. There is an HOA, and fees include use of the amenities and common area maintenance. Night Harbor is an active social community with events like Bunco, Yoga, Book Club, Mahjongg and a Men’s Supper Club held monthly.

    Chapin is a small neighborly town in Lexington County, South Carolina. The biggest draw to Chapin is Lake Murray, which has a fascinating and unique history. The lake was the largest earthen dam in the world when it was completed in 1930, and it created the world’s largest man-made lake. There is a lot of fun to be had on Lake Murray including water activities such as boating, fishing, and skiing, and there are also several waterfront dining establishments to enjoy on the lake. Crooked Creek Park is nearby and offers outdoor entertainment for the whole family, and the Harbison area is also a short distance away with many additional choices in shopping and dining. Students living in Night Harbor attend the award-winning Lexington-Richland Five schools of Chapin Elementary, Chapin Middle, and Chapin High School.
