Autumn’s Cay is a small, private community located on the shores of Lake Murray in Prosperity, SC. There are 46 total homesites in the community, with 21 of them being lakefront and offering spectacular views of the lake. Homes with lake access are on generous wooded lots of approximately half acre. Lakefront homes have a minimum of 100 feet of water frontage, and most docks are allowed.
