    The Pearlz Oyster Bar hosts several regular artists that you really don’t want to miss in the Pearlz Upstairs Lounge! First, Mark Rapp plays every Thursday from 9pm – 12am. He is a distinguished artist who’s trumpet playing will take you back to the roots of jazz. With 7 diverse recordings and a featuring in the closing track of “Everybody Wants to be a Cat” from Disney’s Aristocats, this is a renowned artist you really want to hear. Second, the Soda City Brass Band plays every Friday from 10pm – 1:30 am. This band has an energetic, jazzy appeal that is sure to keep you interested all night. Music is also played on Saturday nights, but by varying artists. Consider enjoying dinner before going upstairs to the lounge for live music and drinks.     Listen to the velvety voice of Spencer Rush on Wednesday, June 27 at Liberty Tap Room and Grille. Spencer Rush is an artist who combines his inspirations—such as Elton John, The Police, and Pink Floyd—into a unique sound that has made it onto iTunes. Listen to him sing as you enjoy dinner and a beautiful view of Lake Murray at one of the best lake-front restaurants: Liberty on the Lake.     Step into a world completely to devoted to music at the Chayz Lounge at Nonnah’s. This venue offers only the best of artists from the jazz and rhythm & blues genre. Music is played every Friday and Saturday night from 8-10 pm. Prices typically range from $15-$25 and adults should dress appropriately. Upcoming artists for both June 29 and 30 are Luis Alas and La Calle Ocho Funk from Miami, Florida! They preform an Afro-Cuban mix that blends with funk and jazz.
