On Thursday, August 6th West Columbia presented a unique piece of art. This art is presented for the entire community and what a positive and inspiring piece it is. On the West Columbia Riverwalk stands the largest “Before I Die” Wall where people can come together as a community and display their dreams.
Karl Larsen, a local artist explained “We just went through a pretty crazy last 2 months here in South Carolina. I think we need a break from the madness, come out here and reflect on our lives, what is important to us and what we want to do before we die,”
On the wall the messages ranged from “be a ballerina” to “beat diabetes”. Someone would even like to “forgive” before they die.
What would you like to do before you die?
If you would like to add to the wall you have until early September.
